Isabelle Henson has made a remarkable return to gymnastics.

The 18-year-old, Grade 12 student at Lakeshore Catholic missed last year with an ankle injury but has returned with a vengeance.

Henson was part of Team Ontario’s Level 10 age 16+ team at the Eastern Canadian Championships held in New Brunswick and came home with a gold on the bars, silver on beam and bronze on vault while placing first overall and was named Eastern Canadian All-Around Champion. The Level 10 team also captured the Eastern Canadian team title.
